I hope your day is going well and so is mine, today was pretty good and I was reminded of the 7 habits of highly effective people written by Stephan R. Covey. During my second hour as SR sir (one of my professors) where giving us the importance of consistency and habits...
1. Be Proactive – Take responsibility for your life. Don’t react to circumstances; create your own opportunities.
2. Begin with the End in Mind – Have a clear vision of your goals and values. Define what success means to you.
3. Put First Things First – Prioritize important tasks over urgent but less meaningful ones. Focus on what truly matters.
4. Think Win-Win – Strive for mutually beneficial solutions in relationships and interactions. Success isn’t about competition, but collaboration.
5. Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood – Listen actively before expressing your thoughts. Understanding others builds trust and effective communication.
6. Synergize – Work with others to create something greater than what you could achieve alone. Embrace teamwork and diversity.
7. Sharpen the Saw – Continuously improve yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to maintain balance and effectiveness.
