My 2025 Recap

 Hey guys,

I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying this festive season in the best way possible...because I surely am. Today, I wanted to take a little walk down memory lane and share how my year went. So continue reading only if you’re interested in my little 2025 recap ✨

January is always the same for me. The first two weeks are filled with motivation, following resolutions, showing up for myself...only for it to turn into “Okay, we’ll continue after Pongal”, and suddenly it’s like… wait, it’s February already?! 😂 And just like that, January flies by.

Then comes February the month of love. Not really for me, since I’ve always been single. For me, February means culturals and second ICA exams, so it’s usually hectic and exhausting, but also exciting in its own way. March arrives, and suddenly I realise wait, a whole quarter of the year is already over and I haven’t even resumed those resolutions I started. Oops.

April and May feel like brother and sister to me both filled with exams, especially semester exams, which means extra studying and a little more stress than usual. But the second half of those months always makes up for it. Going out with family, spending time with friends, enjoying weekends, and sleeping in on Monday mornings honestly, that feeling is just so damn good.

Then June comes in like whoa....half the year already? College usually starts towards the end of the month, and we officially step into a new academic year. It oddly feels refreshing, knowing half the year is done. Plus, summer starts fading away no more tanning, yay!

July was full of fun and memories, especially Freshers’ Day, where I had the chance to be one of the MCs. I felt truly blessed to have juniors who felt less like juniors and more like best friends. August was special too I had an amazing experience in Hyderabad when I went to visit my mom. That time meant everything to me.

September arrived with early winter vibes. The weather turned cold, and unfortunately, I ended up sick most of the time. And then came October and November months that were nothing short of an emotional rollercoaster. Losing loved ones hit me hard, and it took days to emotionally recover from that pain.

And finally, December. This month taught me the most important lesson to let go of the things that were holding me back and to grow into a better version of myself. As I step into the new year, I’m not here to compare myself or race with others but simply to be the best version of me.

Thank you, 2025, for the unforgettable memories. Thank you for the lessons, the growth, and the purpose you helped me see. You made me realise that some things don’t last forever but we should always be grateful that they happened at all. And for that, I’ll always be thankful 🤍
