Within the walls of MCC 🫴🏼✨
Dear MCC,
A few years ago, when I was younger, I used to stand outside your tall walls and just wonder… what’s inside?
There was always this curiosity in me, like a quiet pull I couldn’t explain. And somehow, that feeling just kept growing day by day.
When I finally finished school, I didn’t even have to think twice. I knew I wanted to be here.
And then came that moment, the acceptance letter. My dream course, in my dream college… honestly, what more could I have asked for?
Being here has been something else. You didn’t just teach me things from books, you made me grow as a person. And for that, I’ll always be grateful… to you, and to every single person who became a part of this journey.
Your campus? It’s pure peace.
In the summer, everything feels so alive...flowers blooming everywhere, butterflies just doing their thing…
And in the winter, it’s a whole different vibe. The mist, the dew, it feels calm, almost magical.
And the life around here… the deers, the owls, even the tiny insects, There’s something so beautiful about all of it. It makes this place feel… alive in a way I can’t fully put into words.
Today, as you turn 189 years old, I just feel really happy… and honestly, lucky.
Lucky to be here. Lucky to be a part of something so meaningful.
You’ve helped me understand parts of myself I didn’t even know existed… and the person I’m becoming because of this place? It’s more than I ever imagined.
So yeah… thank you, MCC. For everything.
